Our Intermediate Swim Team is designed for swimmers ages 7-10 who are ready to refine their technique, build endurance, and develop a stronger foundation in competitive swimming. Perfect for those who have mastered the basics, this program focuses on stroke efficiency, proper breathing, turns, and endurance training in a fun and supportive team environment.

Led by experienced coaches, swimmers will participate in structured practices that include drills, interval training, and skill-building exercises to enhance speed, stamina, and confidence in the water. While this program introduces elements of competitive swimming, the focus remains on progress, teamwork, and having fun!
